Clothing Data & Analytics Lead / Product Manager
London, Hybrid (min 2 days onsite)
We need a sharp operator to take control of a fragmented clothing data landscape and turn it into something commercially useful. Right now, insights live in spreadsheets and inboxes. You’ll change that.
What you’ll do:
- Define and prioritise analytics demand across trading, merchandising, buying, and supply chain
- Translate messy business questions into structured data use cases
- Design a pragmatic delivery model, team shape, and capability mix
- Establish scalable reporting and data publication approach
- Build a clear roadmap with cost and delivery considerations
What matters:
- Solid clothing or fashion retail experience, not optional
- Strong grasp of merchandising, stock, availability, and trading dynamics
- Experience shaping data and analytics functions from the ground up
- Comfortable in ambiguity, focused on outcomes over theory
- Confident engaging senior stakeholders and driving decisions
