You will be a part‑time Test Centre Administrator, responsible for ensuring a secure exam environment and delivering exceptional customer service to test‑taking candidates.
Key Details
- Part‑time role – minimum 8.25 hours per week, with potential for extra hours.
- Shift flexibility required: The Test Centre operates 07:30–19:15 Monday‑Friday and 07:30–16:15 Saturday. Some Saturday shifts (1–2 per month) are required.
- Pay: £13.60 per hour, paid monthly.

Responsibilities
- Welcome, greet and check‑in candidates.
- Comply with exam testing security and procedures, following company policies.
- Verify candidate identity documents and explain exam rules.
- Proctor/invigilate candidates while they complete the exam.
- Troubleshoot technical issues in partnership with IT and other internal departments.
- Perform housekeeping duties such as vacuuming floors and sanitizing workstations.
Qualifications & Skills
- School qualifications in English and Maths preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and monitoring skills for restricted behaviour.
- Excellent customer service ability and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts across weekdays and weekends, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
- Capable of standing or sitting for long periods and escorting candidates.
- Team‑player mindset and willingness to collaborate across departments.
