Role Overview
We are looking for a Debt Support Administrator to join and support our Money Advice services in our busy and friendly office at King Street. This role is office-based.
Ideal Candidate
- Always provide a warm welcome to our clients in‑person, by telephone and digitally.
- Be willing and enthusiastic in supporting our Money Advice team to provide professional services to our clients.
- Be proficient with information and communication technology to provide administrative support.
- Be willing to embrace and adjust to new ways of working as the Money Advice service develops.
