£40,000 – £42,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities and Requirements
- Experience in supervisory or managerial roles within property or building management.
- Conduct site inspections, ensuring Health & Safety regulations are adhered to and maintain a working knowledge of building maintenance systems.
- Strong health and safety background with up‑to‑date knowledge of statutory compliance.
- Manage onsite projects, including major works or new site mobilisation.
- Lead and inspire a team, fostering a positive and safe environment for residents, guests, and staff.
- Handle staff management and related employment issues.
- Manage budgets and overall expenditure for a residential development in collaboration with the Property Manager.
- Oversee external contractors and property maintenance.
- Deliver excellent customer service, manage complaints, and maintain high standards of safety while leading a team.
