Responsibilities
- Providing excellent Business Administration support to our clients and colleagues in a professional and innovative environment.
- Providing exceptional administration support including letters, reports, databases and online systems, with high level attention to detail.
- Completing tasks in a timely manner, within agreed SLA’s and dealing with urgent matters as they arise.
- Keeping online databases up to date.
- Professional and efficient interaction with clients either on the phone, in person or via email.
- Answering phones and dealing with queries in line with our firms’ standards.
- Providing PA support including arranging internal and external meetings, travel arrangements and time management assistance.
- Providing ongoing support to the partners and teams on departmental projects and reports.
- Ad hoc assistance to team members as required, no two days are ever the same.
- Providing front of house assistance and attendance at offices 5 days per week.
- Continually seeking opportunities to improve processes, sharing best practice and tips to help others work more efficiently, making best use of technology and resources available.
- Providing contingency cover across the Northwest region when necessary.

What We’re Looking For
- Excellent administration, organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Good understanding of MS Office (specifically Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain effective working relationships.
- Professional telephone and personal manner.
- Ability to demonstrate initiative.
- Good standard of general education in Maths and English.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
