The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Regional Operations Manager to lead commissioning and technical operations across multiple data centre projects in Europe. This is a high-impact role where you’ll take ownership of delivery, performance, and technical excellence across your region — acting as the link between site teams and senior leadership.
What You’ll Do
- Act as the senior technical authority on complex projects
- Drive consistency, quality, and safety across all operations
- Manage regional planning, resources, and project performance
- Support teams in resolving technical and integration challenges
- Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in data centre commissioning
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical & integrated systems
- Experience leading multi-site, mission‑critical projects
- Ability to operate in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
- Strong communication and leadership skills
