Job Description
Full Time position as Quality Assurance Operative at IPS Featherstone site.
Shift
Monday‑Friday 08:06‑14:00 and 14:00‑22:00
Salary
£26,546.04 basic per annum.
Responsibilities
- Day‑to‑day quality audit checks on production lines.
- Issuance of technical documentation.
- Conduct various product quality checks as required.
- Collation and archiving of quality documentation.
- Recording of retained samples per policy requirements.
- Completion of routine technical audits, including environmental swabbing, glass and plastics, weekly scales validation etc.
- Assist investigation of NCRs and capture relevant information.
- Positive release of materials as required.
- Attend departmental meetings as required.
- Undertake any other duty commensurate with this role.
- Provide good communication and support levels at all times.
- Promote and execute company values.
- Undertake own internal training and development activities.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Take responsibility of own Health & Safety and others that may be affected by your actions.
- Commit to continuous improvements at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience within Quality Assurance.
- Good level of English.
- Good level of maths.
- Experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience working in Quality.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety obligations.
- HACCP awareness/knowledge.
- Excellent communication and organisation skills.
