Project Manager – Precast

Are you an experienced Project Manager with strong experience overseeing pre-cast concrete projects?

Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with a regional precast construction business, who are currently looking to appoint a Project Manager on a permanent basis to oversee projects across the West Midlands. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all site activities and reporting into the client & directorship personnel.

What are we looking for?

• Prior experience working as a Project Manager on precast projects.
• Strong knowledge of precast solutions.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills.
• Fantastic attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily site activities with site supervisors, erection teams & finishing teams.
• Ensure RAMS, SSoW’s & lift plans are adhered to
• Ensure all site operations comply with site-specific safety rules & company standards
• Act as the primary point for the clients site team
• Attend coordination meetings to discuss programme, logistics, access, sequencing and technical issues.
• Provide updates on progress & delays
• Manage delivery schedule of precast elements from factory to site
• Ensure installation is carried out in line with approved drawings
• Complete on-site QA as the build progresses
