A well‑established passive fire protection contractor is seeking an experienced Passive Fire Project Manager to join their team, based out of their South‑London office with responsibility for projects across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing passive fire protection contracts from award through to completion, including fire door installation, inspection, remediation, and fire stopping works
- Planning and coordinating works across multiple live sites with 80% of the work in London and 20% elsewhere in the surrounding areas
- Ensuring compliance with UK fire safety legislation and industry standards, including third‑party accreditation schemes such as FIRAS and BM TRADA Q‑Mark
- Leading and coordinating site teams and approved subcontractors, including site visits, inspections, and quality audits
- Ensuring strong health & safety compliance, including RAMS implementation and site documentation
- Managing client relationships and acting as the main point of contact for project delivery
- Overseeing budgets, variations, programme management, documentation, certification, and handover packs
Experience Required
- Proven experience managing passive fire protection contracts, ideally covering both fire doors and fire stopping
- Strong knowledge of UK fire safety regulations, standards, and compliance requirements
- Experience managing multiple live projects simultaneously
- Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and fire door schedules
- Strong organisational and leadership skills with a professional, client‑facing approach
- Good IT skills including Microsoft Office and project management systems
