AXA UK Support Functions look after our three customer-facing business units, providing the infrastructure and expertise to make sure we can be there for our customers.
We\u2019re seeking a Workday expert to support the rollout of HR operational reporting within the People Operations team. You\u2019ll collaborate closely with HR Partners, Managers, and Senior Leaders to design and optimise reports in Workday. This hands-on role offers the opportunity to deliver scalable, high-quality reporting solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

You\u2019ll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means attending the office, visiting clients or attending industry events.
