The Project Manager/Carpenter leads teams on construction or remodeling projects, overseeing daily tasks, ensuring quality work, and managing project timelines and resources. Additionally, the candidate should possess practical carpentry skills, including framing, drywall, painting, windows, doors, trim, cabinets, paneling, siding, roofing, flooring, and hardware, and must have their own tools.

Responsibilities
- Follow job scope and read blueprints to complete work on time and within budget
- Manage reconstruction projects
- Respond to property damage emergency calls
- Plan, organize, and manage crews and subcontractors
- Install and/or construct on the job site as needed
- Instruct and direct laborers and other construction trade helpers
- Complete necessary paperwork to record all job notes and utilize proprietary software if required
- Attend company meetings and training sessions
- Perform additional duties as required
Qualifications
- 10+ years of construction knowledge
- 2+ years’ experience as a team lead/project manager, preferably in the restoration/construction industry
- Ability to manage schedules and subcontractors
- Proper tools are needed for job sites
- Exceptional organizational and planning skills (detail-oriented)
- Ability to recognize and solve problems independently
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, responsible, and accountable
