Job Overview
Lead Operative – Quality Control. Experienced in a manufacturing environment with quality control. Focus on quality and checking finished products prior to dispatch. Prior QC knowledge and background from any environment will be considered.
Employment Details
- Permanent contract
- 3-shift pattern rotates weekly (Monday to Friday, no weekends)
- Enhanced benefits package – 31 days annual leave, increasing with length of service
Responsibilities
- Monitor and lead the packing operation
- Carry out quality checks – report/record with documentation
- Raise non‑conformance report on any products that don’t meet the standard
- Communicate with the shift manager to decide on relevant course of action
- Check all product packing specifications are being met
- Ensure all packaging requirements are available for your shift and planned for the next
