Bar Manager – New Opening Robbies Bar

Location:Lisburn

Salary: £30,000 £35,000 + bonus potential

Hours: Full-time (including evenings & weekends)

Robbies Pub is a brand-new venue opening soon, and were looking for an experienced, driven Bar Manager to take charge from day one. This is a rare opportunity to build a pub, your team, and the atmosphere from the ground up.

The Role:

You wont just be managingyoull be creating. From setting standards to building a loyal customer base, youll play a key role in making Robbies a go-to local.

What Youll Be Doing:

- Setting up and managing day-to-day bar operations

- Recruiting, training, and developing your team

- Creating a welcoming, lively pub atmosphere

- Managing stock, cellar, and supplier relationships

- Driving trade through events, music, and promotions

- Managing rotas, costs, and performance

- Ensuring compliance with NI licensing and safety regulations

What Were Looking For:

- Experience as a Bar Manager (or strong Supervisor ready to step up)

- Someone who thrives in a start-up / new opening environment

- A natural leader who leads from the front

- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills

- Good knowledge of stock control and bar operations

- Energy, personality, and a passion for building something
