Key Responsibilities Management Accounts:Full monthly production, includingWIP analysisand project profitability. Strategic Insight:Partner with the Board to provide financial data that drives growth and contract performance. Process Improvement:Modernise financial systems and strengthen internal controls. Financial Planning:Manage annual budgets and maintain robustcash flow forecasts. Collaboration: Act as the financial link between the office and site management. Candidate Requirements Experience: Strong background as a Management Accountant, ideally within Construction, Engineering or Manufacturing. Technical Skills:Advanced Excel user with a knack for improving financial systems. Communication:Ability to present clear financial performance reports to the Board of Directors. Qualification: ACCA/CIMA/ACA Qualified (or Finalist). Highly experienced QBE candidatesare also encouraged to apply.
