A well-established manufacturer in County Fermanagh is looking for an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Fitter to join their maintenance team. The work is purely mechanical, fault finding, planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs, root cause analysis in a heavy industrial environment where plant uptime is taken seriously and people are expected to solve problems, not just flag them. The shift pattern is Thursday to Sunday, 8am to 6pm (10-hour days), with some flexibility to cover day shifts during holiday periods and project work. Planned and reactive mechanical maintenance across the full site Fault diagnosis and hands-on repair of mechanical plant and equipment Visual inspections, root cause analysis, and incident follow-up documentation Liaising closely with production teams to minimise downtime and keep the plant running
