We’re looking for a proactive Service & After Sales Manager to lead a technical service team from our head office in Street. This is a fantastic chance to take ownership of a busy service department, manage engineers, and drive commercial performance in a technically demanding environment. Lead and coordinate the Service & Validation team, managing daily operations and engineer schedules. Oversee service enquiries, quotations, order processing, and ensure timely invoicing. Maintain high technical standards and compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 testing procedures. Support commissioning and validation projects across various sectors. Develop service contracts, identify growth opportunities, and ensure client satisfaction.Experience managing technical service engineers in engineering, HVAC, laboratory, or similar industries.
