Working for an established and reputable organisation who provide support to vulnerable people with learning disability, complex needs, mental health, autism within services across the country, we seek a skilled Senior Support Worker for one of their services in East Lancashire. Oversee daily operations for a small supported living service for adults who are non verbal with complex health needs, learning disability, ensuring high standards of care and support. Lead, motivate, and develop a team of support staff through supervision and ongoing training. * Ensure compliance with all legislation, policies, and standards, including CQC regulations and health & safety. * Build strong relationships with service users, their families, and external agencies to promote person-centred care. * Work with personalised support plans aligned with individual needs and goals, and deal with risk assessments. * Monitor service quality through audits and continuous improvement initiatives. * Maintain accurate records in line with legal and organisational requirements. Relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care; Strong knowledge of CQC standards, safeguarding, and health & safety. * A compassionate, person-centred approach to support with the ability to be flexible and work on rotas with shifts including earlies, lates and sleep ins where required.
