Our client operates a busy logistics facility in Grangemouth, requiring an experienced Team Leader to oversee day-to-day site operations and support a team of operatives.

As a Team Leader, your duties will include:
- Conducting morning check-ins and ensuring staff attendance is recorded accurately
- Carrying out inductions and on-site training for new starters
- Preparing and presenting timesheets accurately and on time
- Acting as the first point of contact for operative queries and escalations
- Maintaining a safe, organised working environment in line with site standards
To be considered as a Team Leader, you will need:
- Previous experience in a team leader, supervisory or similar role
- Strong communication and people management skills
- The ability to manage multiple responsibilities accurately under pressure
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
