Job Title: Sales Estimator/Construction Graduate

Location: Cookstown

Salary: £28000-£35000
Reporting To: Office Manager

Job Purpose

To provide accurate and timely pricing information to customers and support the sales team in driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and log customer enquiries
  • Produce accurate quotations using internal systems
  • Support sales team with estimating activities
  • Maintain and update pricing schedules
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Liaise with internal teams and suppliers to ensure accurate pricing
  • Carry out general administrative support tasks
  • Maintain product knowledge to ensure accurate estimating
  • Support quality standards (e.g. ISO 9001 and related certifications)
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Administrative experience in a busy environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload
  • Positive and proactive attitude
