Due to continued demand and expansion across our client base, we are recruiting for multiple roles within our Private Client Team, based in BarrowinFurness (with flexibility across our other offices and hybrid working considered).

The Role
An opportunity for a Private Client Lawyer at any level to join a supportive, wellestablished team with immediate access to quality work and clients.
You will manage a varied caseload of private client matters, delivering highquality, personal legal advice to an established and growing client base.
Work Will Include
Wills and estate planningProbate and estate administrationLPAs, trusts, tax and Court of Protection mattersLiaising with internal Financial Services colleagues where appropriate
Key Responsibilities
Managing files from instruction to completionProviding clear, accurate and empathetic legal adviceMaintaining compliance with internal and external requirementsActively promoting Poole Townsends full range of servicesUsing casemanagement systems effectively
What We Are Looking For
Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal ExecutiveExperience in private client work (all levels of PQE considered)Excellent client care and communication skillsAbility to manage workload independently while working collaborativelySTEP qualification desirable (or support provided to work towards it)
