What You’ll Actually Do
- Keep meetings, priorities, and life moving seamlessly
- Pull together slick decks, board packs & docs
- Plan travel like a pro (think seamless, not stressful)
- Draft emails + comms that sound exactly like the CEO
- Prep for big meetings, press, and events
- Jump into projects, collabs & brand moments
- Be the connector between teams + external partners
- Handle confidential info like a vault
- Basically: make things happen
- 3+ years into EA / exec support life (and good at it)
- Ideally from fashion / retail / media / creative world
- Hyper-organised (your notes have notes)
- A strong communicator—clear, sharp, on it
- Calm under pressure (you don’t spiral, you solve)
- Tech-savvy + quick to figure things out
- Discreet, intuitive, and always 5 steps ahead
