The Role

As Planning Director, you will hold responsibility for bothtechnical leadership and commercial growth.

Your remit will include:

• Settingand delivering a regional growth strategy across Yorkshire
• Leadingmajor client accounts and securing new instructions
• Managinga pipeline of strategic residential and regeneration projects
• Developingand mentoring senior planners and future leaders
• Recruitingand building a high-performing planning team
• Leadinghigh-level planning appeals, inquiries and Local Plan examinations
• Overseeingproject profitability, budgets and operational performance
• Representingthe consultancy within the wider regional development market
