We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and evolve the platform and integrations that power Into The Blue and Picniq.
This is a technical product role focused on building and improving the systems and APIs that connect suppliers to our platform, and support booking and redemption journeys end-to-end.
You’ll work closely with engineering to design API-driven integrations, improve data flows, and reduce manual operational processes through better platform design.
What you’ll work on
- Booking and redemption systems
- Internal admin tools and CMS
- Data structure and reporting (Power BI)
What you’ll do
- Own and deliver the platform and integrations roadmap
- Partner with engineering on API design and system architecture decisions
- Data consolidation across both brands
- Reduce manual processes through automation and better tooling
- Build scalable supplier onboarding and integration capabilities
- Translate operational needs into clear technical product requirements
What we’re looking for
- Experience in platform, integrations, or API-driven products
- Strong systems thinking and understanding of data flows
- Comfortable working closely with engineers on technical design
- Experience reducing manual processes through product-led solutions
- Ability to balance operational, commercial, and technical needs
Salary range for this role: £60,000 – £65,000
This is a hybrid role based in Hatfield with remote work flexibility.
