The Role

The company is seeking a strategic and high-calibre Business Development Director to spearhead its commercial growth. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the national sales strategy.

This is a pivotal leadership position designed for an individual who can bridge the gap between technical engineering capabilities and high-level commercial negotiation.

The primary focus is to identify emerging market opportunities, cultivate long-term partnerships with developers and IDNOs, and ensure the company remains the partner of choice for large‑scale contestable connection works.
