Applications are welcomed from Solicitors at Newly Qualified level and above with strong technical real estate experience, gained at a leading regional or City firm. You will have demonstrable experience in agricultural property matters, alongside excellent client care skills and a genuine interest in building long-term relationships. A desire to broaden your exposure across the wider agricultural industry is essential.

Responsibilities

• Advising on a range of complex and high-value matters, including the sale and purchase of agricultural land, farms and estates, investment acquisitions and disposals, and development projects for landowners and landed estates.
• Advising on equine property transactions, farming partnerships, and agricultural and business tenancies.
• Working on a broad and high-quality caseload with significant client exposure from the outset, offering genuine variety and the opportunity to deepen expertise across the agricultural and rural property sector.

Qualifications

• Strong technical real estate experience at a leading regional or City firm.
• Demonstrable experience in agricultural property matters.
• Excellent client care skills and a genuine interest in building long-term relationships.
• Desire to broaden exposure across the wider agricultural industry.
