They’re solving complex unstructured data problems, automating decision-making, and delivering real business impact at scale. With strong traction, they’re now scaling their engineering team.

The role

Build and deploy AI systems end-to-end, working across AI, backend, and product with real ownership and production impact.

• Strong Python
• Experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic)
• Agent frameworks (LangGraph, OpenAI Agents or similar)
• Product-minded, able to balance speed vs quality

Salary up to £100k (depending on experience)
