Technical Services Manager

The Opportunity

Main contractor based in central London is looking for a Technical Services Manager, salary in the £80,000 - £100,000 region + package. This role is immediately available. This established fit out contractor has a first class reputation and works on some really interesting schemes up to £60m in value. They are looking for someone to join their technical services team in a senior role and provide input across tenders, pre construction, and construction phases operating both on site and in the office.

About the Company

This £100m t/o contractor works on commercial spaces across London delivering CAT A and CAT B schemes. The board is highly experienced, very supportive and focused on the right things such as quality rather than quantity, and solid, long term relationships with clients and suppliers. You will be working in a collaborative environment working closely with the technical services director.
