Overview
Territory Manager – Healthcare / Dental Sales. Field Based | Competitive Salary + Bonus. Exciting opportunity for a motivated and commercially driven Territory Manager to join a growing organisation operating within the healthcare technology sector.
This role is well suited to someone with field sales experience in dental, healthcare, medical devices or aesthetics, or a clinically trained professional (Dental Nurse, Treatment Coordinator, Practice Manager, etc.) looking to transition into a commercial role.
You will be responsible for managing a defined territory, developing relationships with healthcare professionals and positioning innovative products and solutions that support improved patient outcomes.
This is a field-based role, ideal for someone who enjoys being on the road, building strong relationships and driving business growth across their territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and developing customer relationships across defined sales territory with customers including dental practices and healthcare institutions.
- Building strong relationships with dental and healthcare professionals
- Identifying new business opportunities and growing existing accounts
- Delivering product demonstrations and clinical discussions
- Providing consultative support to customers on product solutions
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets
Ideal Background
- Minimum 2+ years field sales experience in dental, healthcare, medical devices, aesthetics or a related sector
- A clinical background (Dental Nurse, Treatment Coordinator, Practice Manager etc.) with strong commercial motivation
