If so, we have an opportunity for a Category Manager to join our Regatta Product team.

As our future Category Manager, you will play a key role in planning, building, and delivering a commercially successful men’s active range across multiple channels and markets. You will combine strong presentation skills with clear, confident delivery to influence key stakeholders, while accurately creating and maintaining product information within PLM. With a solid understanding of product costings and price architecture, you will brief design to achieve clear target price points and drive profitable range development. Working collaboratively and entrepreneurially, you will bring creativity, analytical thinking, and high standards to everything you do, supported by excellent communication, unwavering attention to detail, and a reliable, can‑do approach within a strong team ethos.

The Impact You Will Have In This Role Is

  • Shaping and delivering commercially successful, market‑relevant ranges that meet customer needs, margin targets, and quality standards
  • Translating market insight, data, and trend research into clear, creative, and commercially viable product briefs
  • Driving innovation through fabric development, sourcing strategy, and supplier partnerships across Europe and Asia
  • Influencing business decisions through strong analysis of sales, stock, pricing, and margin performance
  • Owning the end‑to‑end product lifecycle – from concept and development through to buying, delivery, and launch
  • Building strong cross‑functional relationships with Design, Merchandising, Sales, Marketing, and Asia teams to deliver on time and to plan
  • Ensuring accuracy, consistency, and clarity of product information across systems, presentations, and key milestones

As Our Future Category Manager You Will Have

  • Proven experience building and delivering commercially successful product ranges
  • Strong market awareness with the ability to translate insight into clear, creative product briefs
  • Confidence working across channels and markets to develop ranges that perform
  • A solid understanding of product costings, price architecture, and margin management
  • Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to influence at key milestones and customer meetings
  • Experience working collaboratively with Design, Merchandising, Sales, Marketing, and overseas teams
  • Strong analytical skills, using sales and stock data to inform range decisions
  • A proactive, “can‑do” mindset with high standards, a high attention to detail, and a passion for product
