We are looking for a talented SAP Delivery Leader -(Quantum Deployment) EMEA to join our team specializing in SAP S4HANA program management & Solution delivery in Europe or United Kingdom.

This role is categorised as onsite with flexibility and open to candidates based in the UK and Europe where Cummins has a legal entity and must live within a commutable distance of a Cummins site.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Drive successful delivery of SAP solutions (Project Quantum) by orchestrating multiple cross‑functional projects and IT swim lanes into one integrated, outcome‑focused program.
  • Translate complex business objectives into clear, executable project plans with measurable milestones, dependencies, and success metrics.
  • Align business stakeholders, SI partners, and global process leaders around a single vision, plan, and source of truth for execution and reporting.
  • Ensure seamless coordination across all five IT swim lanes—functional, technical, data, integration, and quality—while managing interdependencies and risks.
  • Proactively identify, track, and resolve issues and risks, minimizing delivery disruptions and enabling informed decision‑making.
  • Strengthen organizational readiness by leading ORR, go‑live, hyper‑care, and infant‑care activities to ensure stable adoption and transition.
  • Build high‑performing teams by coaching project managers and swim lane leads, fostering accountability, capability growth, and delivery excellence.
  • Elevate program maturity by standardising planning, tracking, and reporting practices, while capturing and sharing lessons learned across teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • The ability to manage complexity across large, global SAP programs with multiple stakeholders, vendors, and delivery tracks.
  • Strong communication and influence skills to align diverse audiences and resolve conflict effectively.
  • A results‑driven mindset focused on delivering tangible, measurable business outcomes on time and within budget.
  • Deep expertise in program governance, risk management, and change management to support both systems and organizational transformation.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Extensive SAP project and deployment experience within complex, cross‑functional environments.
  • Significant program and project management experience, including leading teams, vendors, and senior stakeholders.
  • Experience working with global process leaders, SI partners, and enterprise IT functions across end‑to‑end delivery lifecycles.
