Senior Manager Technology - Energy Trading & Risk Management (Endur) at Publicis Sapient
Publicis Sapient helps clients with Digital Business Transformation. In the Energy & Commodities Trading space, clients are investing in transforming their digital estate to move faster and leverage opportunities from the Energy Transition. As a Senior Manager within Energy & Commodities Trading, you will use your expertise and deep understanding of the issues and trends in the energy trading industry across asset classes to realize ground-breaking solutions for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver technology solutions for Energy & Commodities trading initiatives across asset classes using Endur and related platforms.
- Architect, configure, customize, and support OpenLink Endur products (incl. cMotion, pMotion or gMotion) or similar/competing packages.
- Apply technical expertise in AVS, Connex Frameworks (including exposure to OpenLinks Java Framework and TIBCO integration), VB toolkit, JVS, OpenComponents, or equivalent packages.
- Understand E/CTRM architecture (functional and deployment) and data models; provide product configuration for Power, Gas, Oil, Coal, Emissions, etc., across futures, options, and OTC products (swaps, swaptions, forwards).
- Demonstrate strong understanding of at least one RDBMS (Oracle / SQL Server / Sybase) and the full software development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Experience with customization and support of OpenLink Endur products (incl. cMotion, pMotion or gMotion) or similar/competing solutions.
- Technical expertise in areas like AVS, Connex Frameworks (including exposure to OpenLinks Java Framework and TIBCO integration), VB toolkit, JVS, OpenComponents, or equivalent.
- Familiarity with E/CTRM architecture (functional and deployment) and data model.
- Product configuration expertise in exchange products (futures and options) and OTC products (swaps, swaptions, forwards).
- Strong understanding of one RDBMS (Oracle / SQL Server / Sybase).
- Good understanding of the full software development lifecycle.
