Salesforce Developer (Permanent)

Remote – first | London hybrid | £55,000-£60,000

We're working with a mission-driven organization in the non-profit / housing space that is scaling a high-impact Salesforce platform used by organizations across the UK and internationally.

They are expanding their in-house Salesforce product team and are looking to hire up to two permanent Salesforce Developers to support a major period of growth and innovation, including a high-profile Agentforce-led programme.

Role Details

• Title: Salesforce Developer
• Location: Can be a largely remote role, with travel required to London City on occasion
• Permanent role, salary £50,000-£60,000
• Requirements: Salesforce Developer, APEX knowledge

The Role

As a Salesforce Developer, you'll be working on an enterprise-scale Salesforce ISV solution, supporting and enhancing a managed package used by large customers.

You'll be part of a collaborative, chatty, and inclusive product team, working closely with a Technical Architect and fellow developers.

This role is not customer-facing – stakeholder and customer interaction is handled by a dedicated support function, allowing you to focus on quality engineering.

What You'll Be Doing

• Developing and enhancing Salesforce functionality using Apex
• Working on enterprise-level Salesforce implementations and managed packages (ISV model)
• Contributing to an Agentforce-focused initiative (essential skill)
• Collaborating within a product-led, in-house development team
• Using Git and modern development practices
• Supporting a major funded programme with long-term roadmap and vision
