Job Description
You will build a high-performance, local-first writing editor designed as a thinking partner for serious writers. Working with a founder who has two prior exits, you'll bridge the gap between human creativity and AI agents. This role focuses on high‑craft interactions, agentic workflows with LangGraph, and sophisticated text-editing interfaces.

What You Will Do
- Design and implement AI‑native editor interactions including inline suggestions, version tracking, and structured agentic "Skills".
- Build and refine a high-performance local-first editor with live collaboration features between human users and autonomous AI agents.
- Orchestrate complex agentic workflows using LangGraph and modern reasoning models to help writers explore ideas and research more effectively.
The ideal candidate
- Possesses strong JavaScript fundamentals and a deep obsession with interaction quality found in tools like Linear, Notion, and Superhuman.
- Brings experience with text editing frameworks such as ProseMirror or Tiptap, alongside a solid understanding of local-first architecture and syncing.
- Demonstrates strong product instincts and the ability to ship features end-to-end, from initial idea to production-ready agentic systems.
