- Unsecured Personal Loans (UPL) – Optimisation & Growth: focus on optimising the lending funnel, improving conversion and balancing risk and commercial performance. Ideal for commercially minded analysts who enjoy driving incremental gains on mature, revenue‑critical products.
- CRM – Evolving / High Impact: drive a transition from campaign‑led execution to customer‑led strategy, shaping target audiences and measuring communications value across 1.7 million customers. Ideal for analysts who turn data into practical insights and thrive in fast‑paced environments.
- Mobile App – Platform Ownership / Growth & Commercial Impact: own metrics for app performance, in‑app conversion and product adoption, balancing customer experience and commercial outcomes. Ideal for analysts who own metrics end‑to‑end and work cross‑functionally to deliver impact.
A Day in the Life
- Support Product, Engineering and other stakeholders with analysis to inform product decisions.
- Work with existing metrics and improve measurement of product performance.
- Analyse datasets to identify trends and highlight areas for further investigation.
- Break down problems into clear analytical approaches, with guidance where needed.
- Support design and analysis of experiments to test product changes.
- Build dashboards and reports to track performance and enable decision‑making.
- Deliver deep‑dives and ad‑hoc analysis to answer business questions.
- Communicate insights clearly to a range of stakeholders.
- Contribute to analytical projects, taking ownership of defined work.
About You
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with data.
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker or Power BI; Python is a bonus.
- Experience working in a data‑led environment such as fintech, banking, consulting or a high‑growth start‑up.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
- Comfortable turning data into clear, actionable insight.
- Able to communicate findings clearly to technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Willing to ask questions, seek feedback, and continuously improve.
- Able to work effectively in cross‑functional teams.
Working Arrangements
This is a hybrid role. You will work from our London office 2–3 days a week, with the option to work from abroad for up to 120 days per year, provided you have the right to work in the country of choice.
