Times: 7 am to 7 pm / 7 pm to 7 am
GH Engage are seeking a Critical Shift Engineer to join a high‑profile site within a critical environment in East London.

Key Responsibilities
- Operating and fault finding on complex M&E systems.
- Working on electrical distribution, UPS, generators, and associated plant.
- Maintaining cooling systems including chillers, CRAC/CRAH units and pumps.
- Monitoring and operating via BMS systems.
- Carrying out switching operations and supporting planned shutdowns.
- Assisting with the development of SOPs, EOPs and operational procedures.
- Ensuring all work is carried out in line with HSE and site compliance standards.
Requirements
- City & Guilds Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience within a critical or commercial maintenance environment.
- Strong understanding of electrical and/or mechanical building services.
- Experience with switching operations (LV or HV preferred).
- Proactive, hands‑on approach with strong fault‑finding ability.
