Graduate / Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Location: Central / North London (office-based)
Salary: Up to £30,000 + uncapped commission

This is not a “normal” graduate role.
You’ll be working in tech recruitment, focused on areas like:
- AI
- software engineering
- high-performance systems
You’ll be speaking with:
- founders
- senior stakeholders

What you’ll be doing
- Speaking with candidates and understanding their experience
- Reaching out to engineers and building relationships
- Supporting live roles with clients across AI and tech
- Learning how to run recruitment processes end-to-end
