Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Ensure the EYFS is implemented and followed to an exemplary standard.
- Provide day‑to‑day leadership and management for the team and staff across the nursery.
- Assist in the effective use of social media and other marketing activities.

About Our Hitchin Nursery
Located near Hitchin town centre, our nursery cares for over 100 children and features dedicated gardens for each age group and an allotment for outdoor learning. Qualifications and Experience
- A full and relevant Early Years qualification – Level 3 or above
- Excellent working knowledge of the EYFS and the Ofsted inspection framework
- Experience of people management and dealing with employee issues
- Comprehensive understanding of health and safety regulations
- Working knowledge of employment legislation including equal opportunities legislation
- Full training in safeguarding and paediatric first aid
