Registered Children’s Home Manager – Nottingham (NG23 Area)
Salary: £52,000 per annum (OTE up to £62,200)
Are you an experienced and passionate leader ready to take on an exciting new challenge? We are seeking a Registered Children’s Home Manager to lead a brand-new 4-bed home in the Nottingham (NG23) area, supporting children with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD).
This is a unique opportunity to shape a service from the ground up, build your own team, and make a lasting impact on young people’s lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Register with Ofsted as the Home Manager and lead the home to achieve the highest standards
- Build, develop, and manage a high-performing care team
- Ensure the home provides a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment
- Drive positive outcomes for children and young people
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and safeguarding requirements

What’s on Offer
- Base Salary: £52,000 per annum
- On-Target Earnings: Up to £62,200
- Ofsted Bonus: £3,000 for achieving ‘Outstanding’
- Occupancy Bonus: £600 per month
- On-Call Payments: £25 weekdays / £35 weekends
- Annual Leave: 25 days plus 8 statutory holidays
About You
- Experienced in children’s residential care, ideally at Deputy or Manager level
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- In-depth knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding practices
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards)
- Passionate about delivering high-quality care and improving outcomes
