About the Role

As our Nursery Manager, you’ll be the captain of our happy little ship — leading a passionate team, building strong relationships with families, and creating an environment where children thrive and staff feel inspired. You’ll ensure we meet all the right standards (and then some!) while making every day feel special.

• Leading and inspiring a fantastic team of early years professionals
• Creating a safe, nurturing, and magical learning environment
• Building strong partnerships with parents, carers, and the local community
• Keeping things running smoothly — from rotas to regulations
• Championing best practice in safeguarding, inclusion, and child development

What We’re Looking For

• A Level 6 (or above!) in Early Years or Childcare
• Previous nursery leadership or deputy manager experience
• A warm, confident communicator and people-person
• A calm head and a kind heart — even during glitter explosions!
• Strong knowledge of EYFS, Ofsted standards, and safeguarding
