About The Role
The Director of EMEA Regional Marketing will be an instrumental, high‑impact member of the marketing team where they will be responsible for defining, driving, and executing the overall marketing strategy and plan for the entire EMEA region.
This is a full‑time, remote position based in the United Kingdom. If located near an office, you are expected to work from that office 3 days per week.
Impact You’ll Own
- Regional Revenue Ownership: Accountable for all marketing pipeline metrics for the entire region, serving as the trusted point person for the RMLT on EMEA revenue targets and performance.
- Strategic GTM & ABM: Define, own, and execute the comprehensive Go‑to‑Market (GTM) strategy across key EMEA markets and priority industry verticals (including Defense & Intelligence, Civil Government, and Commercial), with a strong focus on scalable Account‑Based Marketing (ABM) frameworks.
- Executive Partnership & Sales Alignment: Serve as the chief marketing strategist to the EMEA Sales Leadership, partnering closely with regional sales leaders to ensure full alignment on regional priorities, investment allocation, and campaign execution that directly supports the sales pipeline.
- Top Account Acceleration: Design and lead ABM programs and prioritize events and campaigns that drive pipeline and deepen engagement with our top accounts.
- Ecosystem Development: Develop, nurture, and grow strategic co‑marketing relationships with key regional partners and customers to expand market reach and accelerate revenue.
- Talent & Culture: Build, lead, and mentor the regional marketing team, cultivating a high‑performing culture that delivers against aggressive regional goals.
What You Bring
- 8+ years of experience in regional, field, events, and Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategy and execution.
- 6+ years of Supervisory/Leadership experience.
- Experience marketing to B2G (Civil and Defense and Intelligence) across EMEA.
- Deep understanding market nuances and competitive dynamics across EMEA.
- Extensive experience in building and executing effective regional GTM strategies.
- Track record of overachieving marketing pipeline metrics and regional targets.
- Experience leveraging AI to scale marketing reach and efficiency.
- Success in hiring, developing, and leading high‑performing regional marketing teams.
