You will be accountable for strategy across your deployed client engagement, leading a team of engineers to design solutions that unify complex data landscapes, build workflows that drive smarter decisions, and partner with organizations to deliver sustainable transformation. Working directly with clients, you will be the face of the business, requiring a blend of high emotional intelligence and technical mastery to navigate complex environments and drive programme outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Delivery: Take full ownership of client problem‑set discovery and business analysis. Accountable for strategic advisory, programme design, horizon mapping and change management, while maintaining enduring and successful client relationships.
- End‑to‑End Delivery: Lead the deployment team to solve client problems, from deep data engineering—including low/no‑code Palantir Foundry tools, Python and PySpark code—to building user‑facing front‑end applications and widgets in TypeScript or REACT.
- Client Advisory: Work side‑by‑side with clients, translating complex technical language into stakeholder‑appropriate communication.
- AI Integration: Embed AI workflows into existing applications using tools such as AIP Logic Functions, AIP Analysts and AIFDE.
- Innovation: Contribute to internal product development, feeding deployment learnings back to the organization to create compounding value for employees and clients.
- Collaboration: Manage the project team, drive task self‑assignment, participate in tech reviews and support channels, and uplift peers through a culture of shared learning.
Qualifications
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrate exceptional client relationship management with high‑level decision makers, alongside strong technical understanding and natural leadership.
- Problem Solving: Navigate nuanced client environments, decompose complex use cases and architect solutions more than adding to knowledge of coding syntax.
- Technical Proficiency: Fluency in core languages (Python, SQL, TypeScript and/or REACT) and ability to pick up additional languages quickly; understanding of data engineering principles, ETL pipelines and application development.
- Palantir Experience: Familiarity with Palantir Foundry, Gotham or similar is preferred but not mandatory if you are willing to learn.
- High EQ & Curiosity: Manage client expectations with emotional intelligence, a proactive self‑starter attitude, and humility to seek help when needed.
- Impact‑Driven Communication: Drive the team to present impressive demos, simplify complexity for non‑technical users, and focus on delivering genuine client impact.
Additional Requirements
Flexibility and mobility are required; the role may require onsite time with clients and partners.
