Responsibilities

• Set up and run a compliance testing lab.
• Guide product compliance for internal teams and clients.
• Develop testing strategies for UK, EU, and global standards.
• Attend industry events and contribute to business growth.

Requirements

• Extensive years of experience in compliance and laboratory management.
• Strong knowledge of UK/EU testing standards.
• Degree in Electronics, Physics, or similar.
• Leadership and communication skills.
• Bonus: interest in AI in compliance.
