Maintenance Engineer
Location: Huntingdon. Salary: £40,000 – £43,000 per annum. Days only, overtime, benefits, immediate start.
Responsibilities
- Fault finding, repair, and maintenance of injection moulding, compression moulding, and extrusion machinery.
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM).
- Minimise downtime and ensure production efficiency.
- Work a rotating shift pattern including days, lates, and occasional nights.
Qualifications
- Background as a Maintenance Engineer or similar within manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Electrically or mechanically qualified (multi‑skilled).
- Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and/or fabrication/welding.
- Strong fault‑finding and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work rotating shifts and occasional Sunday night starts.
- Live commutable to Huntingdon.
