The Opportunity

You’ll be responsible for driving growth across a well-established territory, focused on increasing adoption of a clear aligner solution within both specialist and general dental practices. This is a true field sales role – high activity, relationship-led, and commercially driven. Whether you’re already in dental, or coming from medical devices, optical, audiology, or FMCG, this role offers the chance to apply your sales skillset in a more consultative, clinically-influenced environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing and growing a defined territory across West Midlands & Mid Wales
  • Winning new business and converting customers from competitor products
  • Developing existing accounts to increase usage and long-term value
  • Delivering engaging product demonstrations and commercial discussions
  • Supporting customers with training, education, and patient growth initiatives
  • Building strong, trust-based relationships with clinicians and practice teams
  • Collaborating with internal teams (clinical, marketing, customer support)
  • Managing your pipeline and performance through CRM

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven field sales experience (essential)
  • Background in medical, dental, optical, audiology, or FMCG highly desirable
  • Strong track record of hitting or exceeding targets
  • Confident in front of customers – presentations, demos, influencing decisions
  • Able to manage your own territory with autonomy and structure
  • Strong relationship builder with a commercial edge
