Sales Executive

The role will sit within a team that makes outbound telephone calls to prospective clients within a specific industry that benefits from the business’s products and services.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound telephone calls to prospective clients in the target industry.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and OTE goals.

Key Requirements

• Self‑motivated, resilient, and financially motivated individuals.
• Experience in outbound or B2B sales.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to achieve targets.

Salary & Compensation

Base salary: £25,000

OTE: £60,000 (currently being achieved by several team members).

Working Hours & Location

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 4:30pm

Location: Macclesfield (office based, free parking available on‑site).
