The Role
We’re looking for a driven, results‑focused Sales Executive to join our growing team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Engaging leads to qualify opportunities, progress pitches and ultimately close deals.
- Presenting our products and solutions to prospective clients (you’ll be well coached on this!).
- Managing a pipeline of opportunities using Hubspot.
- Working closely with the wider Sales and Marketing teams to improve conversion rates.
- Learning fast, taking feedback on board, and continually improving your sales skills.
- Chasing targets and smashing goals.
- Contributing to our Sales strategy – sharing insights from the market (customer feedback, objections, competitor activity) to constantly inform and improve our playbook.
What We’re Looking For
- A self‑starter with relentless drive.
- Strong communicator – confident speaking to people on calls, emails, and in meetings.
- Resilient, coachable and motivated to learn fast in a startup environment.
- Organised and proactive – comfortable managing a busy pipeline via CRM.
- Minimum of 18 months’ experience in B2B sales ideally in a fast‑paced or high‑growth environment.
- Commercially curious – can create propositions that add and retain customer value.
- Team player who collaborates well with marketing, product and customer success.

- Interview with the Head of Sales (line manager): you’ll have a chance to discuss your experience in more detail.
- Interview with the Head of Sales and team: you’ll have a chance to showcase your skills in person through a presentation with Q&A.
