Process purchase orders, sales orders, and e-commerce orders.

Prepare invoices and update order status.

Work with the sales team to ensure smooth order flow.

Reply to customer enquiries through email, phone, or online platforms.

Provide product information and order updates.

Assist with packing and labelling of goods.

Arrange courier pickups and delivery schedules.

Coordinate with warehouse/logistics partners to ensure timely delivery.

Update sales data, order trackers, and simple reports.

Assist with quotations and basic documentation.

Help with general office administrative tasks.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales administration or related role.

Diploma or degree in Business, Life Sciences, Supply Chain, or related fields (preferred but not required).

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Organised, proactive, and willing to learn.
