Job Description

As a Food & Beverage Manager, you will strategically lead the team to take guest satisfaction to the next level.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the team to ensure the F&B operation is at an optimal level in key areas including service, revenue generation, and cost management.
  • Create a culture that is service‑focused, positive, and driven to succeed, open to change and creative in approach.
  • Provide a high‑quality service throughout guests’ stay, ensuring that all requests are carried out in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Foster talent within the department to ensure the team is effective in their current roles and developed to the next level.
  • Liaise with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operation between kitchen and service.
  • Ensure constant liaison with the Conference department.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly forecasts for restaurant, bar, and room service.
  • Create a team that works together with trust and takes responsibility to meet departmental goals.

Qualifications

  • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team while maintaining high performance standards.
  • Strong focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences and handling complaints professionally.
  • Skills in budgeting, cost control, stock management, and driving revenue.
  • Clear and effective communication with staff, guests, and suppliers.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, oversee operations, and ensure smooth day‑to‑day service.
  • Previous experience in a similar field.
  • Right to work in the UK without restrictions.
