Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Sales Support Executive to join our on-site team in Exeter. The Sales Support Executive will be responsible for assisting the sales team with day-to-day operations, managing client accounts, processing orders, responding to inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will coordinate with the internal team to support a seamless customer experience and maintain accurate records of sales activities. Additionally, the executive will play a role in identifying new opportunities and supporting the growth of our client base.
Qualifications
- Strong organisational and administrative skills, including attention to detail, data entry, and record management
- Proficiency in communication and customer service, with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve concerns professionally
- Knowledge of sales processes and CRM software usage is a plus
- Familiarity with the building materials or construction industry is advantageous
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset and ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Proficiency in basic office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- A relevant qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferable but not mandatory
