Customer Service Officer

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service professional to join a growing and well-established organization in the Armagh area. This role is ideal for a highly organized individual with a customer‑first approach, offering the chance to develop professionally within a positive and supportive workplace.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations
  • Accurately process information and maintain internal systems
  • Liaise with internal teams to resolve queries efficiently
  • Always ensure a high standard of customer service

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail and high levels of organisation
  • Competent computer and analytical skills, including proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
  • Geographical knowledge of NI is essential
  • Own transport would be an advantage due to the location
  • Monday to Friday working hours (no weekends)
